Load Shedding System
Load shedding is when power is reduce or off/trip from grid electric line or one or more other power sources like CPP, DG, Solar etc. and to manage electricity consumption by switching off the power supply to groups of feeders. This could be because there is a shortage of electricity supply, or to prevent transmission and distribution lines from becoming overloaded. Or load shedding system is PLC-SCADA based and it is very user friendly with following operations.
